Fun and fellowship at one of last year’s cleanups!
We had a great time last year at the Butte Environmental Council Annual Bidwell Park and Chico Creeks Cleanup.
This annual end-of-summer-event makes a real difference for our parks and waterways, ensuring that debris is removed before the rainy season when it might be swept downstream.
Last year there were over 500 volunteers and over 21 TONS of trash was removed. We’d love to see you out there!

The event takes place on Saturday the 18th and Sunday the 19th; if you can’t join us Saturday, or want to join on both days, you can register directly with BEC.
